We offer free nationwide delivery across Pakistan on all orders.
Orders are dispatched through PostEx, typically within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery may take up to 7 days after your order has been confirmed.
At this time, 4B Clothing does not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Before sending an item back, contact our team through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram. We’ll review your request and provide the relevant return or exchange instructions, including any applicable delivery charges and item-condition requirements.
Please do not send an item back before contacting our team.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
Once the issue has been reviewed by our team, an eligible item can be exchanged. We may ask for photos or other order details to help us verify the issue.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are also eligible for a return or exchange, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery and meets the applicable return or exchange requirements communicated by our team.
Refunds
Where a refund may be applicable, please contact our team through WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.
Refund requests are reviewed individually, and our team will guide you through the available resolution and next steps.
