The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to 4B Clothing. 4B Clothing operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). 4B Clothing is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

However, please note that colours or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device, screen settings, lighting, photography and other factors.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. 4B Clothing reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or other order-processing problems.

Your order is considered confirmed once it has been accepted by 4B Clothing.

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is due at the time of delivery. For any prepaid payment method that may be offered, payment must be successfully processed according to the instructions provided at checkout.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been processed or dispatched.

If we need to change, decline or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, billing information or other contact details provided with the order.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed with 4B Clothing.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed by 4B Clothing are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

The applicable product price will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or listing errors.

4B Clothing currently offers free nationwide shipping within Pakistan. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed or handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4B Clothing currently ships within Pakistan.

Orders are generally dispatched through PostEx within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery may take up to 7 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, operational disruptions, incorrect customer information, events outside our reasonable control or other circumstances.

4B Clothing currently does not offer international shipping.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content available through the Services, including our branding, logos, text, product photographs, graphics, videos, designs and other original materials, may be owned by or licensed to 4B Clothing and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit or otherwise use protected 4B Clothing content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

4B Clothing is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with 4B Clothing.

Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure and related services but is not the seller of 4B Clothing products.

Your use of functionality provided by Shopify may also involve processing subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy practices.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
